Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of getonlyshows.com and any ad spot you buy from getonlyshows ("OnlyShows," "we," "us"). By using the site or reserving a spot, you agree to them.

1. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our postcards and request an ad spot. Don't misuse it, submit false information, or try to disrupt it. Site content, design, and branding belong to us.

2. Reservations

Sending the reserve form is a request, not a purchase. A spot is yours only after we confirm it in writing and receive payment. Until then, the spot can go to another business. Spots marked "on hold" are being held for a business that has not finished paying.

3. Price and payment

Each spot is $500 unless we agree on a different price in writing. Payment is due by the reservation deadline for that card.

4. Category exclusivity

Each card carries one business per category. We assign categories in good faith. Exclusivity applies only to the card you bought, not to other cards, cities, or mailings.

5. Mailing and reach

Home counts are approximate. Cards are mailed through the U.S. Postal Service, and delivery timing is set by USPS. Mail dates shown on the site are targets, not guarantees. We do not guarantee any results, including calls, leads, or sales.

6. Your ad

You provide your ad content: logo, offer, contact details, and any images. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you send us, that your ad is truthful, and that it follows the laws and professional advertising rules for your industry. We may decline an ad or ask for changes. You approve a final proof before print, and you are responsible for errors in a proof you approved.

7. Refunds

You get a full refund if we don't accept your ad, or if your card doesn't mail within 60 days after its reservation deadline. After you approve your proof and the card mails, payments are not refundable.

8. Disclaimers

The site and our services are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an ad spot is limited to the amount you paid for that spot. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

10. Your responsibility for your ad

You agree to cover our losses and reasonable legal costs from any claim that your ad content infringes someone's rights or breaks the law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you reserve a spot applies to that spot.
